The Napa Valley is known for its great wine scene, but The Napa Valley Film Festival is hoping to show that it is a lot more than that. With the catchy phrase “Do Napa," downtown Napa seeks to turn around the notion that the region is only for the middle-aged wine connoisseurs or honeymooners by offering specials, a commendable nightlife, live music, and elitist screenings of much-anticipated independent films during the festival. In the spirit of the occasion, downtown Napa will be offering a number of food spotting contests, VIP parties, and choice screenings as a part of lodging packages.
